What to include
A short, specific message helps us reply faster. If you’re reporting a bug, include the page URL, the value you entered, the result you got, and the result you expected. If you’re suggesting a new converter, tell us which units and the real use case.
Send a message
Email us directly at hello@btutowatts.com. This is more reliable than a browser form that depends on a locally configured mail app, and it makes clear where your message is being sent.
Email BTU to WattsIf the button does not open your mail app, copy hello@btutowatts.com into your email provider. Calculator inputs are never attached automatically.
Before you write
The FAQ section covers the most common questions about the converter and the BTU/hr ↔ watts formula. Each tool page has its own FAQ with 8 answers specific to that pair.
What we can help with
We can investigate calculation discrepancies, unclear unit labels, broken links, accessibility problems, image issues, and corrections to published explanations. For calculation reports, include the exact source unit, destination unit, input value, page address, and the reference you used for comparison.
We cannot provide project-specific HVAC design, electrical approval, code interpretation, equipment certification, quotations, or emergency support. Those requests should go to the relevant manufacturer, authority, or qualified local professional.
Message handling and privacy
Messages are used to respond to the request and, when appropriate, to correct the site. Do not send passwords, payment information, precise home addresses, confidential plans, or other sensitive material. See the Privacy Policy for more information.
